Cheese And Vegetable Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. milk
    1 c. soft bread crumbs
    1 can chopped pimiento
    1 Tbsp. minced parsley
    1 1/2 Tbsp. minced onion
    3/8 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    dash of paprika
    dash of garlic salt
    3 well beaten eggs
    1 1/2 c. grated Cheddar or processed American cheese
    1 c. drained, cooked vegetables (peas, carrots, string beans, cauliflower or your favorite)
Preparation
    Heat milk; pour over bread crumbs.
    Add pimiento, parsley, onion, cheese and seasonings.
    Then add eggs.
    Put the vegetables in greased 1 1/2-quart casserole and pour milk and cheese mixture over them.
    Set in pan of warm water.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven 1 hour or until firm.
    Serve as is or 1/2 can of undiluted cream of mushroom soup makes good sauce.
    Serves 6.
