Sweet Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3/4 c. shortening
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. milk, mixed with 1 Tbsp. vinegar
1 egg, beaten
3 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
grated nutmeg

Preparation

Cream shortening and sugar; add milk and egg and mix well.
