Molasses-Oat Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 c. unsifted all-purpose flour
    1/2 c. sugar
    3/4 tsp. soda
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. ginger
    1 1/2 c. rolled oats
    1 c. raisins
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
    2/3 c. margarine
    1/2 c. dark molasses
    2 egg whites
Preparation
    Measure flour, sugar, soda, baking powder, salt, cinnamon and ginger into mixing bowl.
    Mix well.
    Add remaining ingredients. Mix at low speed of mixer or by hand until blended.
    Drop by heaping teaspoonfuls two inches apart onto ungreased baking sheet. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 to 12 minutes.
