Zucchini Dressing Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. sliced zucchini
    1/4 c. grated onion
    1 c. grated carrot
    1 c. sour cream
    1/2 c. butter
    1 can cream soup (mushroom, celery or chicken)
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. Pepperidge Farm dressing (crumbs)
Preparation
    Boil zucchini for 5 minutes and drain.
    Mix sour cream, soup, carrots and onion.
    Fold in zucchini.
    Melt butter and add to dressing crumbs.
    Put 1/2 layer of dressing in bottom of pan.
    Add soup mix.
    Top with other half of dressing.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
