Shrimp Curry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2/3 c. butter or margarine
    1 c. onion, chopped
    2 cloves garlic, mashed
    2 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. curry powder
    2 Tbsp. flour
    2 Tbsp. granulated chicken bouillon
    4 c. plain yogurt
    4 c. cooked shrimp, peeled and deveined
Preparation
    Heat butter or margarine in skillet; saute onion and garlic until soft and lightly browned.
    Combine salt, curry powder, flour and chicken bouillon; stir into fat in pan and cook 2 to 3 minutes, stirring constantly.
    Stir in yogurt and shrimp; cook over low heat, stirring occasionally, until bubbly and heated through.
