Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. diced raw apples, peeled
1/2 c. Wesson oil
2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. sugar
2 c. all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. soda
2 eggs, unbeaten
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. chopped walnuts or pecans
Preparation

Mix all
dry ingredients, stirring by hand.
Mix liquid ingredients by hand.
Then\tmix both together by hand.
Grease heavy Bundt pan and flour also.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
You can also use a\tgreased
and floured 9 x 13-inch pan.
Cut and serve after somewhat
cool
with\tice
cream, whipped cream or plain.
