Beef Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    beef roast (any cut)
    Parmesan cheese
    garlic
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 500\u00b0.
    Stick holes in roast and fill with Parmesan cheese and slivers of garlic.
    Rub outside of roast well with Parmesan cheese.
    Place in a broiler pan and put in oven. Turn oven temperature back to 350\u00b0.
    Roast 25 minutes per pound.
