M S C Amaretto Peach Ice Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients

approximately 10 peaches
1 c. Amaretto
4 c. whipping cream
5 c. milk
1/4 tsp. salt
2 1/2 c. sugar
4 eggs
2 Tbsp. vanilla

Preparation

Slice peaches and soak in 1/2 cup of Amaretto overnight.
Next day mix all ingredients together and freeze in ice cream freezer.
