Applesauce Squash Scallop - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 3/4 c. sweetened applesauce
    1 pkg. frozen squash, thawed
    1/4 c. brown sugar
    1/4 c. margarine, melted
    2 slices soft white bread cubes fried in butter
    1/2 c. evaporated milk
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 eggs, beaten
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients, except bread cubes, and pour into a 1 1/2 quart casserole.
    Sprinkle bread cubes on top and bake covered at 375\u00b0 for 45 to 50 minutes.
