Cinnamon Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    1 (1/4 oz.) pkg. RapidRise yeast
    2/3 c. milk
    4 Tbsp. sugar
    4 Tbsp. shortening (Crisco)
    1 tsp. salt
    1 egg
    cinnamon-sugar mixture
    4 Tbsp. margarine, melted
Preparation
    In a large mixing bowl, add 2 cups of the flour, yeast, sugar and
    salt.
    Heat
    milk
    and shortening until they reach 125\u00b0
    to 130\u00b0.
    Stir liquid mixture into dry mixture.
    Add egg and stir in as much
    of
    the remaining flour as you can with a spoon.
    Turn out
    onto a lightly floured surface and knead 10 minutes.
    Cover dough;
    let
    rest
    10 minutes (this takes the place of the first rising when using regular yeast).
