Pear Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. plain flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
2 c. sugar
1 c. Wesson oil
2 eggs
2 c. raw cubed pears
1 1/2 c. chopped nuts
1/2 c. orange juice
1 1/2 c. raisins
1 c. coconut
Preparation

Blend sugar, oil and eggs well.
Mix dry ingredients and add to first mixture.
Add pears, nuts, raisins, coconut and orange juice.
Mix well.
Pour into greased 10-inch tube pan.
Bake at 300\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours or until tests done.
