Pickled Slim Mushroom * - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. fresh mushrooms
    1 c. wine vinegar
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. instant minced garlic
    2 small bay leaves
Preparation
    Rinse mushrooms, pat dry and cut in halves.
    Set aside. Combine remaining ingredients and bring to a boil.
    Add mushrooms and boil 2 minutes.
    Spoon mushrooms into jars, pour liquid over mushrooms.
