Roast And Gravy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 to 4 lb. beef chuck roast
    1 envelope dry onion soup mix
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 c. water
Preparation
    Place meat in 9 x 13-inch glass baking dish.
    Combine soup mix, mushroom soup and water.
    Pour mixture over meat and cover securely with aluminum foil.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 3 hours.
