Easy Refrigerator Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. warm water (110~ to 115~)
    2 pkg. active dry yeast
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. shortening
    1 egg
    6 1/2 to 7 c. sifted flour
Preparation
    Measure water into mixing bowl.
    Add yeast, stirring to dissolve.
    Stir in sugar, salt, shortening and egg.
    Mix in flour. Do not knead.
    Place greased side up in greased mixing bowl. Cover with damp cloth.
    Place in refrigerator.
    Punch down occasionally as it rises.
