Chicken Waikiki Beach - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 chicken breasts, boneless
    1/2 c. flour
    1/3 c. oil
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 (20 oz.) can sliced pineapple
    1 c. sugar
    3/4 c. cider vinegar
    1 tsp. ginger
    1 chicken bouillon cube
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 large green pepper, sliced into 4 rings
Preparation
    Coat chicken with flour. Brown in oil. Place in baking dish. Add salt and pepper. Drain pineapple, reserving syrup. Add water to make 1 1/4 cups.
