Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli
1/2 c. butter
4 Tbsp. flour
2 c. milk
1 pkg. stuffing mix
1 can mushroom soup
1 c. grated cheese (American)
1/2 c. bread crumbs (optional)
Preparation

Cook broccoli as directed on package; place in casserole dish. Cook stuffing mix, also according to directions on package.
Cook butter, flour, milk and mushroom soup together.
Pour over broccoli and stuffing mix in the casserole dish.
Sprinkle with grated cheese on top.
May use bread crumbs on top, also.
Bake, uncovered, for 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Makes 6 to 8 servings.
