Cornbread Sage Dressing - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. dried light breadcrumbs
2 c. dried cornbread crumbs
2 c. chicken broth (2 cubes), dissolved in 2 c. hot water
1/2 c. chopped celery
1 small onion, chopped
2 eggs, beaten or 4 egg whites
1 tsp. sage
2 Tbsp. melted butter or margarine
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
-
Combine all ingredients in mixing bowl.
Place in greased 3 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until done.
