Roast Pork - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 to 6 lb. pork loin roast
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1 tsp. crushed marjoram
    1 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. grated orange peel
    1/2 c. orange juice
    1 Tbsp. brown sugar
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1/8 tsp. dry mustard
    pinch of marjoram
    1 1/2 c. water
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Place pork, fat side up.
    Combine next 3 ingredients.
    Rub over surface of meat.
    Roast at 325\u00b0 for 2 1/2 hours.
    Combine orange peel, juice and brown sugar; spoon over roast.
    Return to oven and roast 1 hour longer, basting frequently.
    Make gravy. Add flour, dry mustard, marjoram and water.
    Makes about 10 servings.
