Perfect Pie Crust(Makes 5 Crusts) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. unsifted flour
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    2 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 3/4 c. vegetable shortening
    1 large egg
    1/2 c. water
Preparation
    Put the first 3 ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
    Add shortening and mix until crumbly.
    In a small bowl, beat together the water, vinegar and egg.
    Combine the 2 mixtures until all ingredients are moistened; mix well.
