Medium White Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. margarine or butter
    2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. milk
Preparation
    Place margarine in 1-quart casserole.
    Microwave at High (100%) until melted, 30 seconds to 1 minute.
    Stir in flour and salt. Blend in milk.
    Microwave at High (100%) until thickened, 3 to 6 minutes, stirring once or twice during cooking.
