Homemade Noodles - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour
3 egg yolks
1 egg
1/2 c. water
Preparation

Measure flour into bowl.
Make a well in center.
Add egg yolks and whole egg.
With hands, mix eggs into flour.
Add water, mixing thoroughly.
Turn dough onto a well-floured surface.
Knead until smooth and elastic, about 10 minutes.
Cover; let rest 10 minutes.
Divide dough into 4 equal parts.
Roll one part at a time paper thin, keeping remaining dough covered.
Roll up and cut into thin strips.
Let dry on tea towels for 24 hours.
Cook in chicken broth until tender, about 25 minutes.
