Scalloped Tomatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 slices toast
1 (1 lb.) can tomatoes
1 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. chopped onion
1/2 c. butter or margarine
Preparation

Heat oven to 375\u00b0.
Cut the toast into small squares (or substitute croutons).
In casserole dish, repeat layers of tomatoes and toast.
Sprinkle on salt and onion.
Pour melted butter or margarine over top.
Bake about 20 minutes.
Serves 4 to 5.
