Bev'S Chocolate Eclair Torte - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. graham crackers
    2 (4 oz.) pkg. French vanilla instant pudding
    3 1/2 c. milk
    8 oz. whipped topping
    2 pkg. pre-softened unsweetened chocolate
    2 tsp. vanilla
    3 Tbsp. soft butter
    1 1/2 c. powdered sugar
    3 Tbsp. milk
    2 tsp. white Karo syrup
Preparation
    Butter a 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Line with whole graham crackers. Mix pudding with milk.
    Beat at medium speed for 2 minutes.
    Blend in whipped topping.
    Pour half of mixture over crackers.
    Place a second layer of crackers.
    Pour remaining pudding mix over second layer.
    Add third layer of crackers.
    Refrigerate for 2 hours.
