Raisins Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. sugar
4 heaping Tbsp. flour
2 c. raisins
butter (size of egg)
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. buttermilk
1/2 tsp. soda
Preparation

Cook raisins in water until tender.
Drain thoroughly.
Mix sugar and flour; add to raisins, butter and vanilla.
Mix the soda with buttermilk, then add to other mixture.
Mix well, pour into unbaked pie shell and stripe top with crust.
Bake at 350\u00b0 until crust is browned as desired.
