Oat Bran Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/4 c. oat bran
    1/4 c. brown sugar
    1/4 c. chopped walnuts
    1/4 c. raisins
    1 Tbsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    3/4 c. skim milk
    1 egg plus 1 egg white, beaten
    1/4 c. honey
    2 Tbsp. olive or sunflower oil
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 425\u00b0.
    Grease a 12-cup muffin tin with margarine.
    Combine oat bran, brown sugar, walnuts, raisins, baking powder and salt.
    Add skim milk, egg and egg
    white, honey and oil.
    Mix until ingredients are just moistened.
    Fill muffin tin and bake for 15 minutes, or until golden brown and a cake tester comes out clean.
    Yields 12 muffins.
