Southern American Turkey Piccadillo - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground turkey
1 1/2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 rib celery, thinly sliced
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tsp. cumin seed
1/2 c. tomato juice
2 medium onions, thinly sliced
4 Tbsp. raisins
pinch of allspice, cinnamon, salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Spray a large nonstick skillet or electric frying pan with cooking spray.
Spread turkey in skillet and brown over medium heat.
Crumble and brown evenly.
Drain and discard fat.
Add remaining ingredients and simmer, uncovered, for 15 minutes or until most of the liquid has evaporated.
Stir frequently.
