Cheese Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 carrot, peeled and diced
    3 green onions, chopped fine
    1 1/2 cubes butter
    3/4 c. flour
    2 chicken bouillon cubes
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 rib celery, diced
    2 c. grated cheese, loosely packed
    6 c. boiling water or 1/2 milk and 1/2 water
Preparation
    Cook vegetables in small amount of water; set aside.
    Heat butter in pan.
    Add flour; cook until bubbly.
    Add 3 cups water; stir until well blended.
    Add remaining water with dissolved bouillon and cheese.
    Add vegetables undrained.
    Heat and serve.
