Dutch Babies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. butter
    5 eggs
    1 1/4 c. milk
    1 1/4 c. flour
    powdered sugar
    fresh lemon juice
    fresh or frozen fruit
Preparation
    Preheat oven
    to 425\u00b0.
    Put butter in a 9 x 13-inch pan and melt
    in
    oven.
    Whip eggs on high in blender.
    Slowly add milk, then
    flour.
    Beat for 30 seconds.
    Pour batter over hot butter. Bake
    20
    to
    25
    minutes.
    When
    done, sprinkle with powdered sugar, then squeeze lemon juice over the top.
    Cut in squares and add fresh or frozen fruit.
    A wonderful brunch for company.
