Low-Fat Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 small no-fat sour cream
1 sour cream container no-fat mayonnaise
1 1/2 tsp. dill weed
1 1/2 tsp. parsley flakes
1 1/2 tsp. red seasoning salt
2 to 3 Tbsp. chopped onion
Preparation

Mix all ingredients together.
Refrigerate overnight.
Serve with vegetables, chips or anything of your choice.
