Squash Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 medium size squash
    1 small onion
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1 egg, beaten
    1 c. cheese, grated
    1 1/2 c. cracker crumbs
Preparation
    Cook squash and onion in a small amount of water.
    Drain well.
    Add salt and pepper to taste.
    Mix other ingredients and roll into small balls.
    Fry in deep oil.
