My Favorite Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. cooked cubed Russet potatoes (about 3 large potatoes)
    1 c. coarsely chopped celery
    1 onion, quartered and thinly sliced (1 c.)
    2 Tbsp. chopped pimiento
    5 hard-cooked eggs, coarsely chopped
    1/2 c. chopped sweet pickles
    2 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 tsp. celery seed (optional)
    pepper to taste
    1 tsp. prepared mustard
    3/4 to 1 c. real mayonnaise
Preparation
    Put first 9 ingredients in a large bowl; add mustard to mayonnaise, then add to ingredients in bowl.
    Mix until all ingredients are coated with mayonnaise mixture.
    Serves 8.
