Chuck Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 lb. chuck roast
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 pkg. Lipton onion soup
    garlic salt
    carrots and potatoes, cut into big sizes
Preparation
    Sprinkle garlic salt around the meat and place in baking dish. Place carrots and potatoes around.
    Combine ingredients and pour over roast.
    Cover with heavy-duty foil.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 2 hours.
