Hot Bacon Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 slices bacon and fat, fried
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 egg, beaten
    1/4 c. vinegar
    1 c. water
Preparation
    Mix sugar, salt and cornstarch; add egg and liquids.
    Cook to thickness wanted.
    Add crisp bacon and fat.
    Use on Spinach Salad.
