No-Yolk Caesar Salad Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 anchovy fillets, rinsed, or 2 tsp. anchovy paste
    1 large clove garlic, minced
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2 tsp. Dijon mustard
    3 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
    1/3 c. olive oil
    Parmesan cheese
    ground pepper
Preparation
    Mash anchovies to a paste.
    Whisk in garlic, lemon juice and mustard until combined.
    Whisk in vinegar.
