Blueberry Pecan Crumb Coffee Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 stick softened butter
    1/4 c. oil
    1 c. sugar
    3 eggs, beaten
    1 3/4 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. soda
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 c. sour cream
    3 tsp. lemon rind
    3 c. blueberries, tossed with 1 Tbsp. flour
Preparation
    Cream butter and oil with sugar until fluffy.
    Beat in eggs. Combine flour, baking powder, soda and salt; add to butter mixture.
    Add sour cream alternately with flour mixture until mixed.
    Fold in lemon rind and blueberries.
    Spread in buttered 13 x 9-inch pan.
