Health Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. oatmeal
    2 c. All-Bran cereal
    2 c. crumbled Shredded Wheat biscuits
    1 c. orange juice
    grated orange rind
    1 c. shortening
    3 c. sugar (may be halved)
    4 beaten eggs
    1 qt. buttermilk
    5 c. sifted flour
    5 tsp. soda
    1 Tbsp. salt
Preparation
    Pour the orange juice and rind over the 3 kinds of cereal. Pour 1 cup of boiling water over this.
    Do not stir.
    Let stand until lukewarm.
