Mary'S Double Crust Chicken Pot Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (9-inch) Pillsbury pie crusts
    4 to 5 large chicken breasts, boiled and chopped (keep broth from chicken to use in pie, 2 c. broth)
    2 potatoes, cooked medium *
    1 onion, cooked medium *
    1 large carrot, cooked medium *
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of chicken soup, undiluted
    salt and pepper
    1/4 tsp. poultry seasoning
Preparation
    *Or 1 can mixed vegetables, drained.
