Hasenbraten - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 rabbit, dressed
    salt
    1 c. sour cream
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    white pepper
    1 tsp. garlic powder
Preparation
    Cut rabbit into serving size pieces and cook in salted water until tender.
    Place in a baking pan.
    Mix sour cream, flour, salt, a dash of white pepper and garlic powder.
    Pour this over rabbit.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until golden brown.
