Seafood Cocktail Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. mayonnaise
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
    1 Tbsp. horseradish
    1/4 c. chopped green onions
    1/4 c. chopped green pepper
    1/4 c. chopped celery
    1 Tbsp. hot pepper sauce
    tomato catsup
Preparation
    Add olive oil, vinegar, mustard and horseradish to mayonnaise. Mix thoroughly.
    Slowly add tomato catsup until mixture is consistency of mayonnaise before ingredients were added.
    Stir in chopped vegetables and salt and hot pepper sauce.
    Serve over boiled shrimp or crabs, raw oysters and also over wedges of iceberg lettuce.
