Cheese Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 medium potatoes
    6 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    2 1/4 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 c. sour cream
    1 1/4 c. milk
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. white pepper
    1 tsp. garlic powder
Preparation
    Cook potatoes and drain.
    In same pot, add butter and begin to mash potatoes with an electric mixer.
    Add remaining ingredients, except for 1/4 cup of cheese, and continue to beat until smooth. Turn into a greased casserole, top with remaining cheese, cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until bubbly.
