Elderberry Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. elderberries
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. tapioca
    butter
    1 Tbsp. water
    1 Tbsp. cider vinegar
Preparation
    Mix ingredients.
    Pour into unbaked pie shell.
    Bake at 450\u00b0 for 15 minutes, then lower heat to 350\u00b0 and bake 30 to 35 minutes.
