Salami - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. ground beef
    4 Tbsp. Morton Tender Quick salt
    1 tsp. salt
    2 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    1/2 tsp. red pepper
    2 tsp. black pepper
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients well.
    Cover and place in refrigerator. Knead every day for 4 days.
    Shape into loaves.
    Place on cookie sheet.
    Bake at 150\u00b0 for 9 hours.
