Zucchini Bread And Glaze - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 c. grated zucchini
1 c. vegetable oil
2 eggs
1 c. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 1/2 c. flour
1 c. walnuts

Preparation

Combine vegetable oil, eggs, sugar and flour.
Mix well and then add zucchini, vanilla, cinnamon and walnuts.
Pour in greased and floured loaf pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 about 1 hour.
