Our Favorite Wings - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 lb. chicken wings (about 35 to 40)
1/4 c. Louisiana hot sauce (not Tabasco)
1/2 c. butter or margarine, melted
celery sticks
Blue cheese dressing
Preparation

Deep fry wings at 400\u00b0 for 12 minutes or bake at 425\u00b0 for 1 hour.
Turn halfway.
