Easy Oven Beef Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. stew beef
    1 large onion
    2 stalks celery, cut
    4 to 5 carrots, cut
    potatoes (as many as you want), cut
    1 c. tomato juice or V-8
    4 Tbsp. tapioca
    1 tsp. sugar
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in a 9 x 13-inch baking pan.
    Cover with foil.
    Bake at 250\u00b0 for 4 hours.
