Swedish Spritz - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. soft butter
2/3 c. sugar
3 egg yolks
1 tsp. almond or vanilla flavoring
1/4 c. finely chopped almonds or walnuts
2 1/2 c. flour
Preparation

Heat oven to 400\u00b0.
Mix butter, sugar, egg yolks and flavoring thoroughly.
Measure flour and work into mix slowly.
Force dough through cookie press onto ungreased baking sheet in desired shapes.
Bake 7 to 10 minutes or until set, but not brown.
Yields 6 dozen.
