Homemade Crock-Pot Spaghetti Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (28 oz.) can crushed tomatoes
    2 (12 oz.) cans tomato paste
    1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 bay leaf
    1/4 c. garlic powder
    1 tsp. basil
    1 tsp. oregano
    1 tsp. black pepper
    salt to taste
    1 lb. ground meat (optional; sausage, beef, etc.)
    1 large onion
    1 large bell pepper
    1/4 c. grated Romano cheese
    1/4 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Brown meat, onion and bell pepper in medium pan.
    Pour off fat.
    Pour meat into crock-pot.
    Add all other ingredients and stir well.
    Cook in crock-pot on low.
    Heat all day (about 6 to 8 hours) or on high about 3 hours.
    During last 30 minutes to 1 hour, add cheeses and stir well.
    Serve over spaghetti noodles or ravioli (if sauce is too thick, add a can of water).
