Blintz Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 oz. sour cream
    2 eggs
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1/2 stick margarine, melted
    1 tsp. vanilla
    12 blintzs (cheese, blueberry, etc.; can use frozen)
Preparation
    Combine sour cream, eggs, sugar, margarine and vanilla until smooth.
    Grease casserole (square pan 9 x 9-inch).
    Place blintzs in pan.
    Pour mixture over blintzs.
    Bake in 375\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes or until set.
    Serve warm and enjoy.
    Perfect for brunch. Serves 6 to 8.
