Strawberry Ice Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 qt. fresh strawberries
1 c. sugar
2 c. half and half
2 c. whipping cream
dash of salt

Preparation

Wash and hull strawberries; chop or crush.
Add sugar and let stand several hours.
Combine with all other ingredients. Freeze until firm (in ice cream freezer).
