Kahlua - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. water
    4 c. sugar
    2 oz. freeze dried coffee
    1 fifth 100 proof vodka
    1 vanilla bean
Preparation
    Combine sugar and water; bring to a boil for 5 minutes.
    Take off heat and add coffee.
    Bring to a boil for 1 minute.
    Put in glass gallon jar and cool overnight.
    Add vodka and vanilla bean, cut into 3 chunks.
    Let it sit for 3 weeks shaking it once a day. Yummy!
